DELIVERY INFORMATION
Your pearl necklace will be posted to you in a stamped and wax sealed wooden gift box, along with a copy of the original invoice for the pearls and their certificate of origin.
Delivery of Orders to UK addresses are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, please note that product prices do NOT include delivery charges which will be added to your invoice.
Orders dispatched to the USA, Canada and other destinations.....will be sent by UPS or other shipper previously agreed with ourselves. Goods will be insured with the shippers insurers.
Orders are dispatched 10 working days from the date when payment of your order is received.
The services provided by Royal Mail and UPS are unfortunately beyond our control. However, we are using the best services they offer and we will take up any concerns regarding the delivery with them if we are informed promptly and not later than 5 working days after posting.
In the event of a delayed delivery, please inform us promptly so that we may assist. We are unable to compensate for delayed deliveries which are beyond our direct control.
We insure the goods with Royal Mail and should you not receive your goods for any reason, a refund or replacement will be offered dependant on circumstances or as otherwise agreed.
